NellyandMilly’s process payment for any card transaction immediately. However please note that it may take up to 3 – 5 working days to reflect on your account, depending on the card issuer.
All payments are managed, checked and SECURED via PayPal or Stripe If there is a problem with your payment, we reserve the right to hold or cancel your order before contacting you regarding the matter.

- Guaranteed Next Weekday UK Delivery: £7.99 – Ordered by 2pm (Monday to Thursday) for Next Day guaranteed Monday to Friday.

RETURNS
We hope that you will love the items you buy. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery and we will aim to refund the cost of the returned goods within 5 business days of receipt.
Returned items must be as new, in the original packaging and with any tags still attached. We will not be able to refund any items that we believe have been worn or are not faulty.
To return an item, please email hello@nellyandmillys.com stating which items you are returning.
You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).
We don’t operate an exchange policy so, if you wish to exchange an item, please simply return it to us and place a new order for the replacement item.
Original delivery charges will not be refunded for returned items. Where an order qualified for free UK delivery, our delivery charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Please allow 10 working days from when the product has been received by us to process a refund. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same account or card with which you made your original purchase
