Terms and conditions apply to www.nellyandmillys.com (the “Website”).

Nelly and Milly’s sell online Baby and Children’s clothes.

For the purposes of these Conditions, “you” shall be the person accessing the Website and “we” or “us” refers to NellyandMilly’s..

By accessing the Website you agree to accept the Conditions. If you do not agree with the Conditions, you should not use or access the Website.

PAYMENTS

NellyandMillys will process payment for any card transaction immediately.  However please note that it may take up to 3 – 5 working days to reflect on your account, depending on the card issuer.

All payments are managed, checked and SECURED via PayPal or STRIPE. If there is a problem with your payment, we reserve the right to hold or cancel your order before contacting you regarding the matter.

PAYPAL

You can also use PAYPAL system for payments. PayPal is secure and will use your card details for the purposes of the transaction only. PayPal will not hold your data, unless you are already a PayPal customer. None of your data will transit through or be kept on the nellyandmillys website.
Please see PayPal security for more information. In the unlikely event that a third party accesses your data while you are ordering from the nellyandmillys website, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer. Please be aware that PayPal conducts fraud checks in relation to each transaction.

DELIVERY AND RETURN

DELIVERY

Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched the same day it is placed, Monday-Friday. If for any reason any item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

  • Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before the delivery of the goods or within 14 business days of delivery.

RETURNS

We hope that you will love the items you buy from Anna & Louis. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery and we will aim to refund the cost of the returned goods within 5 business days of receipt by NellyandMillys.
We don’t operate an exchange policy so, if you wish to exchange an item, please simply return it to us and place a new order for the replacement item.
Original delivery charges will not be refunded for returned items. Where an order qualified for free UK delivery, our delivery charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Returned items must be as new, in the original packaging and with any tags still attached. We will not be able to refund any items that we believe have been worn or are not faulty.
To return an item, please email hello@nellyandmillys.com stating which items you are returning.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unfortunate circumstances where an item is wrongly delivered, has a manufacturing fault or is damaged during delivery, we will refund your order. Please note that you will still need to follow our returns process and we will need to be sure that the goods have not been damaged after delivery or otherwise misused.
